Climate Makers opened its doors in 1978 as a pneumatic controls contractor.  In the years that followed, the team continued to grow the business by providing mechanical contracting with an emphasis on indoor air quality.

In 1996 the company began representing the Direct Digital Control product, Philips / Teletrol.  This opened the gateway for increased energy optimization.

The year 2002 saw the opening of an additional Climate Makers facility – this one in the Brainerd Lakes area.  This locations serves the growing areas of northern and western Minnesota.
